About the Position
The individual in this position will be assisting in special projects with the direction of Senior Practice Administrator the as well as any miscellaneous duties that area assigned, mailing, copying, faxing, and phone calls, data entry.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Checks and accurately disperses all BUS/MCO mail promptly. Dates and initials AP mail. Sends UPS shipping when needed.
Responsible for ensuring the stamp machine remains operable, requests any supplies needed, making sure there are enough funds.
Sends mail accurately and promptly
Copies documents as requested promptly and accurately
Data entry
Making/receiving phone calls
Sending facsimile promptly and accurately
Consistently and accurately stores and retrieves records
Responsibly set up phones, installs headsets, assigns extensions
Adequately stocks and accurately orders routine office supplies
Accurately attaches packing slip to drug and medical supply invoices form the packing slip folder
Accurately and promptly files all accounts payable documents
Orders special project items, office maintenance or other tasks as assigned or needed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Pay attention to detail

Computer skills

Education and/or Experience:
- Basic Math Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to operate personal computer and CRT
- Ability to maintain accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Ability to operate personal computer with various software programs, including Excel and Microsoft Word
- Recognize priorities and take action; make productive use of time
- Basic business etiquette
